Our partnerships extend beyond our families. We build strong links with the local community, other early years settings, schools and outside professionals, working together to provide consistent support and ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive, develop and reach their full potential.

We want every child to feel happy, safe and secure from the very beginning.

Before starting, we offer settling-in sessions to give your child time to explore their new environment, meet their Key Person and begin building those

all-important relationships.

These sessions also give us the opportunity to get to know your child and discuss their individual needs, routines and any additional support they may require.

Our aim is to make the transition into pre-school as positive, comfortable and reassuring as possible for both children and their families.

Our approach focuses on encouraging positive behaviour, helping children to understand their emotions, develop appropriate boundaries and build positive relationships with others.

Safety is at the heart of everything we do.

Our pre-school building is risk assessed every day before children arrive, helping us to maintain a safe and secure environment from the moment we open our doors.

We also carry out regular risk assessments of toys, resources and equipment, reviewing and updating these whenever necessary.

Our risk assessments and safety procedures form part of our comprehensive policies and are regularly reviewed to ensure they remain effective and up to date.
